Is it possible for you to send the invoice and the payment slip directly to my company so that we can make this purchase?

Ticket purchases for SVI – Vibration Institute Seminar are made exclusively through the website, and the invoice is issued after the event.

We are working on a solution to indicate during registration that the invoice will be issued to a CNPJ, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The event will take place on August 25th and 26th, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., at the FIESC Convention Center – Federation of Industries of the State of Santa Catarina, located at Rod. Admar Gonzaga, 2765, Florianópolis/SC – 88034-001.

Yes! The participation certificate for SVI is issued with a description of the total hours attended and is sent to the email address provided at the time of ticket purchase, after the event.

Unfortunately not. Law No. 12.933/2013 applies specifically to artistic, cultural, and sports events, as well as educational, leisure, and entertainment activities. Corporate events are not covered by this law and are therefore not required to offer half-price tickets.

Currently, we offer only one ticket type, which can be purchased directly on our website (Click Here), with the option to pay in installments at checkout.

The ticket grants access to both days of the event and includes lunch, coffee break, and happy hour.

Ticket transfers are handled directly by our team. To request a transfer, please send an email to marketing@dynamox.net with the ticket order details, including the current holder’s information and the details of the person who will receive the ticket.

Providing a CPF (Brazilian tax ID) is not mandatory for ticket purchases. The only required fields are your name and email address.

Please contact our team directly at marketing@dynamox.net and provide the participant’s details so we can resend the ticket to the registered email address.

You can pay using a credit card, bank slip, or PIX. To ensure your registration is complete, make sure you receive a confirmation email with your purchase code.

There could be several reasons for the error. We recommend sending a screenshot of the error message to marketing@dynamox.net, along with your WhatsApp contact, so we can investigate and assist you.

During the payment process, after selecting your payment method, you can fill in the fields for invoice issuance and enter your company’s CNPJ (Brazilian company registration number).

Unfortunately, your registration will not be confirmed. Please note that it is not possible to reissue the same bank slip; a new purchase attempt will be required.

Group purchases are not available directly through our website. However, you can contact us at marketing@dynamox.net with the number of tickets needed, and we will evaluate the possibility.

Yes, invoices are issued by Dynamox within 15 business days after the event.

The bank slip is issued by the payment operator Asaas, but the invoice is issued by Dynamox. Below are the details for supplier registration:
